Problems Identified
Why does our movement not grow?
Why does my team always fall apart?
Why do so many people still do nothing about their cruel fate (aka The Sheeple Complaint)?
These are questions often asked by members of any given movement.
And they are legit questions.
At least they show that the protagonists are aware of some problems.
According to the latest research, there are a couple of answers to those questions.
A good portion of the answers can be found in the organization's structure and working procedures.
The majority of freedom seekers are activists rather than strategists.
Thus, with their hearts on fire, they act impulsively without any well-thought-out plan, most times spontaneously reacting to the up-to-date threats on the battlefield.
On the other hand, they have never trained in building a solid team or leading an evolving movement.
Training Is King
Action always beats reaction.
It makes all the difference to be the hunter or the prey.
To be the target or the shooter.
To be the victim or the Victor.
If you want to win any battle, you need to change positions.
You must stop the drift, make the shift, and do the lift.
In tactical self-defense, this is known as the turnover.
It's the moment when the supposed victim turns into the invictor.
However, managed success is rarely possible without previous training and a reasonable plan.
Can you imagine any sports team, army, company, or police unit going into action without training and arranging the troops?
That would be pure kamikaze, right?
Sadly enough, it's exactly how most freedom movement troopers act.
No preparation. No plan. No training.
Consequently, no progression, but often harsh losses.
"Go forth armed without determining strategy,
and you will destroy yourself in battle."
(Sun Tzu)
Building The Troops
A crucial part of preparation is building the troops.
This includes intelligent recruitment and training so that they get used to acting as a solid team, following ONE joint mission.
Recruiting is an ongoing process and must be executed as professionally as any other duty inside a team or movement.
Again, strategic intelligence is essential.
Without knowing and following the basics of strategy, any mission must fail, and members will end up exhausted, scattered, bankrupt, or in handcuffs.
Regarding quantity, the idea must be to attract as many people as possible to a specific movement or mission.
A reliable strategic recruitment method is based on something that can be pictured best by using dominos and rice.
The Dutch Fall Down
Of course, you know about the domino effect and probably have executed a domino lineup and crash scenario at some point.
However, some Dutch guys took it to the extreme by setting the world record for domino toppling in 2009.
The entire clash lasted over 1.5 hours, toppling 4,491,863 dominos.
If you are interested, you can watch the whole thing here:
Scientists calculated that the energy unleashed during the event summed up to more than 94,000 joules, which equals an average man doing 545 push-ups.
Never Too Small To Rock And Roll
Even more interesting academic research about dominos was already released in 1983 by Lorne Whitehead, a professor of Physics and Astronomy at the University of British Colombia.
In the "Domino Paper," he revealed the power of exponential or geometric growth.
His fellow professor, Stephen Morris of the University of Toronto, later illustrated the principle on YouTube:
So, physicists impressively demonstrate that a small domino cannot only knock over another small domino but a domino that is actually 50 percent larger than itself.
Stephen Morris then explains the physics behind it and suggests that this chain reaction could be carried forward endlessly.
This is because the next domino in each case would release even more energy than the one before.
With the 13 dominos presented in the video experiment, the initial energy is already exponentially amplified 2 billion times!
Rice, Rice, Baby.
Another powerful illustration of exponential growth is the wheat and chessboard case, also known as the Rice and Chessboard story.
The story goes that a wise man approached a ruler with a chessboard and a bag of rice.
The ruler was instructed to place one grain of rice on the first square of the chessboard, two grains on the second square, four on the third, and so on, doubling the number of grains on each subsequent square.
Impressed by the seemingly modest request, the ruler agreed to the challenge.
At first, the growth seemed slow, with only a few grains of rice on each square.
However, as the ruler progressed through the chessboard, the number of grains grew exponentially.
By the time he reached the final square, there were over 18 quintillion grains of rice, more than enough to cover the entire earth.
Just A Little Push
Exponential growth is a concept relevant to many areas of life, from financial investments to disease spread.
So, why not use it to build your team and grow your movement?
Professor Morris pointed out that getting things in motion takes just a little push.
Sure enough, using a proper method, you need to line up your dominos first.
Holy crap!
Are we talking about intelligent strategies again, Victor?
Are you still wondering how to lead your life with purpose, build a team, and grow your movement?
It could be as simple as lining up your dominos, choosing an intelligent strategy, and giving things a little push.
And that's precisely what we do inside the Freedom First Club.
Teamwork makes the dream work, Victor.
Shift gears and make the quantum leap by switching from linear to strategic exponential thinking.
Why don't you start lining up some dominos today?
Let's start building you a solid team now.
"Great things are not done by impulse
but by a series of small things brought together."
(Vincent van Gogh)
The Power Of ONE
Think about it. Everything that exists has once started with the tiniest part of it.
Only then has it grown and scaled to a certain extent.
That's the power of ONE that lies in everything.
If you want to experience it yourself while discovering the universal secret behind it, why don't you go for 100 push-ups?
Over To You, Victor!
